Summit Recovery Housing’s Transitional Living Program is a structured and monitored sober living option for adult women who have completed a residential treatment program. Our program aims to slowly add responsibility and freedom to an environment involving guidance and support.
Individuals participating in our Transitional Living Program attend Summit Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where they will learn to integrate recovery into their daily lives.
We assess all prospective resident's individual needs and goals to help guide placement decisions so that we can appropriately match individuals to our residence.
Our staff understand that every person requires individualized planning in their recovery process and are knowledgeable about local community-based resources.
Summit Recovery Housing is committed to maintaining the highest standard and best practices in recovery housing.
Research shows that participation in a recovery residence for more than 6 months, in a supportive community environment, decreases post-treatment relapse rates and significantly increases recovery outcomes.
Whether you are a member of the medical, legal, or addiction treatment advocacy community, we are ready to collaborate. Summit Recovery Housing strives to maintain a welcoming and safe environment that supports sobriety and encourages positive change.
